You could tell that she was experienced as it went the way she said it would which allowed us the know what exactly to expect. It was a less stressful experience because she was on top of it.

She sold two homes for us. My first interaction with Farrah was when I was buying a fixer upper home. Contrairily she was actually the seller's agent and I had my own buyer's agent. But I liked her a lot and her loyalty to her client won my respect during that purchase. When I needed to find an agent to sell my home I hired her without thinking of anyone else. She sold each of my homes quickly. Everytime she managed everything and I didn't have to worry about anything except that the house was in good condition and pleasant for showing. I am always picky about everything I do and make sure everything is done in perfection. I always feel like I have to micromanage whomever I hire to do a job. However Farrah is very detail oriented a perfectionist and knowledgeable. I didn't have to worry about anything. Selling a house is a big task and so much paperwork and signatures are involved in every step but she made it look very easy and streamlined. She is quick to respond and always respectful.

This was actually my first time selling and buying at the same time, so my anxiety was always high but Farrah and Tonya always reassured me and that calmed my nerves tremendously. We were able to view homes we were interested in very quickly. Once we decided on a home, the whole process was so easy from putting in the offer to closing. Even with negotiating, she got things done! With selling our home, the whole process was easy and flowed so well. Farrah and Tonya were there again when we had one little thing that came back on our inspection, they calmed and reassured me and boom, everything worked out and resolved itself. Once in the area, she showed me numerous homes and helped me find an amazing property that of course ended up being in one of the neighborhoods (Tudor Branch) she identified as being a good fit for me months earlier in Illinois!
